Using proven techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness, as well as more traditional psychodynamic approaches, I provide a comforting space for my clients to feel heard and see the pathway back to their personal flourishing.

Soultality comes from the belief that your wellbeing is driven by the state of your total self—mind, body, and spirit.
